Latin Performances to be Held at Uijeongbu Fest

The 6th Uijeongbu Music Theatre Festival to be held May 11-27 in Gyeonggi Province city will feature the music and dance of Latin America. The festival`s executive committee says two Latin musicals, `Gemelos` and `Fabricando Sonidos,` will be staged during the event period. The artistically acclaimed Gemelos has impressed European audiences while Fabricando Sonidos will demonstrate the explosive energy of Latin rhythm. The two renowned shows have held world tours, but it will be their first Asian performance. A festival official says that the art of Latin stage performances uniquely combines Spanish culture with each country`s traditional culture. He says inquiries on the shows are pouring in.
